Vertu was founded in 1998 by Frank Nuovo. This company would be known to make the world’s first luxury mobile phone. The innovation for this new technology was developed by the inspiration that Nuovo had for fine jewelry and watches. Frank picked his team from a group of specialists and began to meticulously research and develop this idea.
