Pre‑Order Reservation By placing a pre‑order for this Gerald Charles Limited Edition timepiece (the “Product”), you acknowledge that this purchase reserves an item produced in limited quantities and not yet available for delivery.
20% Non‑Refundable Deposit A 20% non‑refundable deposit is required at checkout to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price and is non‑refundable in all circumstances, including client‑initiated cancellation.
Final Payment The remaining balance will be due once the Product is ready for shipment or in‑store pickup. You will be notified when final payment is required.
Estimated Delivery The Product is expected to be delivered on or before September 30, 2026. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to manufacturer production schedules or factors outside our control. You will be informed of any material changes.
Order Fulfillment Reservations are fulfilled in the order received. Allocation is confirmed only upon successful payment of the required deposit.
No Refunds / No Exchanges Due to the limited‑edition nature of this Product, all pre‑orders are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once the order is placed. This includes, without limitation, any request to modify or cancel the order after the deposit has been paid.
Cancellations You may cancel your pre‑order at any time; however, the 20% deposit remains non‑refundable. If London Jewelers cannot fulfill your order for reasons unrelated to client cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in full.
